This course was FRIGGEN' TOUGH.
I did not run it. My 3 friends did and I drove around the course like a mad woman trying to capture what I could from the Aid Stations that we were allowed to go to.
Temperatures were decent (well, I thought so anyway) starting in the 60's and only going to 78 according to my truck temp.
It FELT and looked like a furnace around 4pm along Buttermilk Road. HOLY CRAP these people are SO AMAZING.
We finished and went to pizza then to bed.
Up and at 'em (thanks to Dave waking up at 5am) at 6am to grab breakfast at Jack's and then a quick shot straight home with a lot to talk about.
I hope Dave, Debbie and Randy give me a Race Report on what they experienced and I'll match it up with the photos I took.
